more details on the ultimate divider

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) called his friend Donald Trump "a lying mother----er" but "a lot of fun to hang out with,"

    • Trump enraged then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joe Dunford with attacks on the integrity of generals, including accusing the military of undermining him in the press. "You guys are f---ing leakers," Trump said. "We're not f---ing leakers," Dunford shot back.
    • Melania Trump told former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, at the time a presidential confidant, that she had warned her husband about his COVID response: "You're blowing this."
    • Trump sometimes undercut Jared Kushner, his son-in-law, in meetings when he wasn't there. "Jared, all he cares about is his New York liberal crowd," Trump harrumphed. "These are not my people."
    • White House chief of staff John Kelly was so furious when Trump refused to lower the flag after Sen. John McCain died that he told the president: "If you don't support John McCain's funeral, when you die, the public will come to your grave and piss on it." Trump gave in.

Halfway through American Carnage. Man, Trump is even dumber than I thought.

I also have a new level of respect for Paul Ryan. Too bad he was chased off by the party for being literate.

Most of his flim flam ideas were to starve GranGran's Meddycare and Social Security when they couldn't even repeal Obamacare after three whiffs.

Seriously, his "wonky" plans were some of the more ruthless for poor and elderly ever conceived, and Trump pivoted to spending a Trillion or two like a sailor and badgering Powell to quit raising rates.

Nobody said all Republicans are idiots. It's the ones that believe the insanity and lies spread by Trump and the Margorie Taylor Greene types that are too gullible to know truth from fiction.

Don't tell me for a second there arent Republicans in Alabama, Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Kentucky, or anywhere else living on welfare. I can guarantee you there are. I bet if you go to a trailer park, backwoods shack of a house, or projects you'll find some wearing MAGA hats, and living on welfare. I can guarantee Trump didn't make their life better financially either.

Those young Republicans are something else alright. They don't do anything beneficial, that's for sure.

The hick from Calif and Rafael seem to be confused as to what better means

in recent weeks, the hick, aka GOP House leader Kevin McCarthy, has been mouthing off, “Is America better off today than they were two years ago?”

Rafael Cruz has been echoing the hick's spin, touting that. 2 years ago, the had the lowest unemployment rate in 50 years

this chart captures the big picture of the unemployment rate over the past 10 years.

    • in the summer of 2020, the US had the highest unemployment rate since the great depression
    • in July 2022. the US unemployment rate was the lowest ever

The difference in supporting America through a showy act and supporting America through action.

Great illustration of the difference between two leaders.

Not all republicans are MAGAs, they’re just all enablers.

Anyways, having one of these people in power is one too many.

Trump has amassed an army of mentally ill/broken people that either have nothing to lose or are willing to risk it all to see him in power. Imagine looking and listening to that old, fat **** whine for an hour and feeling inspired. Yuck.

I don’t believe the whole Republican Party is MAGA but a big part of the party is and the leadership are unwilling to stand up to it.

Aroundtheworld and others like for us to move on from trump and focus on DeSantis but fails to realize that the state of the republican party itself refuses to get rid of Trump.

Unless they outright denounced him and kick his a$$ from the party all these Republicans on here stating that they want DeSantis and whatnot is always down for another term of Trump if he somehow wins.

The state of the republican party right now is anyone who denounce Trump or goes against him is getting the boot. The maga extremists do make the Republicans look bad regardless of how folks feel about trump.
