There was no fraud on tape. There was no video evidence of fraud. It has been gone over again and again.
Keep in mind though that the whole purpose here of Trump's gameplan is to delay, and appeal, and to find ways of getting pretty much everything up to the Supreme Court at some point. At every step of the way in their plan I'm sure there's a sub plot for how they can appeal their way to SCOTUS, or get DOJ to appeal up to SCOTUS. And so far it looks like it could work to at least get even this first stage up to SCOTUS. Now that DOJ is going to surely appeal to the 11th circuit it'll give Trump the ability to appeal what they say, and then we are ALREADY at a SCOTUS ruling. So the Special Master really isn't going to make much of a difference at all because that was never the point anyways.

This is a threat to our national security that somebody would actually have in his country club storage room, his desk, his bedroom top secret information and you have to ask yourself, why? What was he going to do with it? Who is he giving it to? Or what had he already done to it? Trump for sure wasn't having classified documents for the memories/nostalgia
Yes it’s true the Trump strategy is to delay but the DOJ has already called their bluff by agreeing to a special master. We don’t know for sure what will happen at the 11th or SCOTUS levels but if this doe hold then Biden might as well hold onto a bunch of documents when he eventually leaves office. Or even Obama could claim Executive privilege over documents from his time. I would like to see how A Republican house committee reacts when they try to investigate things that happened during Obama such as “Fast and Furious” and he claims executive privilege.
