I want all kinds of toppings on my pizza. Better be crowded on my pie. The more dead meat, the better. I gets down!

i think it depends on the toppings and how much of each they put on, but two is a good amount. i like one meat and one veggie...or ham and pineapple.

i think a pizza can be ruined by over-topping and that can be done with just one topping. conversely, you could have four or five toppings, but if applied sparingly can make for a good pizza.

Unless I'm ordering a specialty (supreme, meat lovers, etc.), when I am creating my own I usually go for 2 or 3, never more than 3. If I go two its typically one meat, one veggie. If three I go 2 meats, 1 veggie.

    I'm a minimalist. I'm happy with just cheese...or a single meat...pepperoni or sausage.

Pepperoni, Onions, Olives (black or green..or both), Feta Cheese, Bacon, Italian Sausage/Beef/Steak-either of those. Sometimes, green peppers.

Yes, but we cannot give the people the right to choose any topping they want! Now on this issue there can be no debate!

This depends on a lot. If I'm at MOD I'm going to create a new masterpiece every time and pile as many toppings as I can to get my dollar's worth. If I'm at Luigis I'm getting a margarita. If I'm at crust 3 toppings but usually something with mushrooms and jalepenos. If it's pizza hut or dominoes just mushrooms and jalepenos. if it's little caesar's then just cheese. If I'm at a different place then I mentioned then it could be a crap shoot.

once you get over 4-5 ingredients you end up with either too few of each flavor represented for it to matter or you overload the pizza and it won't cook evenly or thoroughly.

I think 3 is the magic number. you want diversity in flavor/texture. particularly texture.

Depends, I like the meat ifyaknowwhatimsayin. Give me pepperoni + bacon and/or ham. Straight pepperoni is good too.

It just depends. You can have a great pizza with nothing but cheese & sauce or a single topping like pepperoni, if the dough and sauce are good.

For a supreme style pizza: Pepperoni, Sausage, Green Pepper, Black Olives, Onion, and Mushrooms are about the max I would think.

Overloading the pizza isn't an issue as long as the ingredients aren't water based (veg) and leak during cooking.

Out of the "basic" ingredients, my least favorite are black olives. Overpowering and too salty.

    Not in my experience.

If you put on too many toppings, even considering just meat, you'll end up with a soggy pizza. Too much grease and not enough air hitting the cheese to evaporate the natural and added moisture. This will also keep the crust too soft IMO. You can up the temp or cook time, but that only gets you so far.

To add insult to injury, I think black olives are amazing on pizza. Lol.

People hate on pineapple but it's a really good compliment to salty, spicy, and crunchy ingredients. Bacon (not ham) w/ red pepper and pineapple is pretty damn good.

If I'm not getting a specialty pizza I run with Supreme. We don't eat pizza much though. Typically a reward for the kids
