Lmao. As if losing to App State wasn't bad enough, the yell practice is downright sad. And now, A&M is DMCA'ing anyone who is tweeting the video. Watch for yourselves how embarrassing it is! Come @ me Aggie.
App state is full of transfers from D1 programs, they are not Prarie View. UT had way more "expensive" upsets last year, or did you forget about the Kansas lost? It was a bad lost but APP stae is not a terrible program, and they have proved that the last 3 years. They would be middle tier in the Big 12.
You guys overpaid for a coach; he wasn't worth the money. Now you are stuck with him. Kind of like us at UH.
I am not not taking the L but I am not letting any UT people talk **** after the embarrassment they have been the last 2 years.
All these coaches are overpaid in my opinion. But, if the Aggies want him gone, he will be gone. One thing the Aggies have is money money, and more money. Sure, it would cost them a lot. But, if they want him gone, they will find a way to get rid of him. Having said that, I don’t think Jimbo will be going anywhere, anytime soon. But, we will see how the rest of the season goes.
I am not a UT person in any way, but I have always enjoyed an Aggies loss. It's a Texas thing if you didn't go to College Station -- I don't know what else to tell you.
So it's a Texas thing if you did not go to College Station? I did not go to College Station and I don't revel in an Aggie's loss, and there is a large part of the state the same. Are you trying to tell me the only people who like A&M are people that went there? I sometimes forget how much some people really hate A&M, its kind of baffling to me, now it's an entire Texas thing, who knew, and I have been here since 78 and have moved around the state. Maybe its just me I just don't understand why people get so much joy out of hating on another program but to each its own.
Because they're weirdos who think highly of themselves, despite never winning anything, and don't understand what "pot calling the kettle black" means:
I get how you can't have the devoted fanbase that A&M has without this type of buffoonery mixed in there somewhere, but holy ****, I'm so glad I did not go there. I would have shot myself in the ****ing head.
That's not the bad part even, the bad part is trying to HIDE it. Delete it from existence. LMAO. Lulz on us. Shame upon us allll.
So UT fans are different how? This is not something that just Aggie's do, most college football fans do the same thing. The really crazy part to me is A&M is definitely little brother status in the state, but they seem to make people's blood run the hottest, I never understood that? Usually it's envy that causes that, but nobody could be envious of a 2nd rate college in a tumbleweed town right?
That was terrilbad the telling part is nobody was responding to those terrible jokes. I don't know how this representative of anything other than this guy was just terrible, but I have to think this probably happens on most campuses, I know it does at UT when concerning A&M that showed up in my previous thread. Pot calling the kettle black indeed.
Thanks, I don't consider it "hating" as much as just having fun, but there too: to each, their own. I know the word "hating" is popular for a reason, given our very angry culture. I grew up with my Dad, a NASA guy, pranking his colleagues who were die-hard and super-serious Aggies. I think it was their self-seriousness about all things Aggie that made them such targets. And then, I went on a college visit there -- was really considering College Station b/c I'm a science/engineering nerd -- and some weird dude in too-tight khakis came and yelled at me about stepping on the blades of grass. Each blade was -- what? -- like a dead soldier or some crap. Then I learned that he was not actually military but a kind of wanna-be, proto-military drill team. And I was like, LOL, I am never coming here but yeah I will be making fun of you for the rest of my life. Then I went to Rice, and the volume got increased to 11. I wasn't in the Owl band, but I remember when our band formed the shape of a fire hydrant and played taps after A&M's dog mascot died, and police had to escort the band off the field and out of town, given crazies at Kyle field. Maybe all this is distant history and A&M is pretty different now. That's very possible.
