2 games in a row JV seemingly on his way to another W and just like that, a no decision.

This team is going to ruin his Cy Young hopes, just like they did in 2018 when he went 16-9 and should have been 20-5.

How long do we trot out lineups averaging 3 runs a game?

Dusty at all concerned with this?

    That's rhetorical.

Nope as long as Yuli and Maldy get their 4 ABs per game he's happy.

Maldy has been better than Vazquez going back nearly 2 months. Catcher isn't an issue right now. Mancini is good but don't expect those power numbers we saw in his first week to continue. He went hitless in his last 2 starts on Sunday and Monday, he's human. Diaz is out so that might mean more Mancini and Yuli status quo.

J.J Matijevic I thought that he will be a Starter but he got sent down

Power Lefty Bat in the Lineup would've been really good

J.J can really 100 mph Fastball off of Gerrit Cole

Pedro Leon got injured, I wished to see him get called up soon

Matijevic may have a future but proved he isn't ready.

19 Ks in 57 PA and. 189 AVG. .585 OPS.

Many guys take time to adjust ( Bregman and Tucker come to mind) but he needs to stay in AAA the rest of the season and come back up next year.

Very unfortunate timing for Leon. I don't know whose hot in the minors right now.

If Diaz needs to make his annual trip to the IL, I would like to see Taylor Jones called up.

He was just turning the corner last year when he got ill and never made it back to the show.

He may be too similar to Mancini in position versatility but can play 3B in an emergency.

And Dubon's versatility helps with that.

    1B) Yuli, Mancini, Jones
2B) Altuve, Dubon ( Bregman emergency)
3B) Bregman, Dubon, (Yuli, Jones emergency)
SS) Pena, Dubon ( Bregman emergency)

It should work and I think Jones is the 40 man option who is most likely to have a bat that contributes.

    Not everyone.

I hope Espada gets the job next year and Dusty's lineups make me crazy.

But I think his pitching decisions have been on point all season.

I would be very disappointed if he was fired now.

Let him win his World Series and retire.

Well we agree on the WS and wanting him to retire. I don't think they get there though. None of his teams have

Dusty's hardon for Dubon over Chas in CF is frustrating

He just kept the guy from going first to third. What more could you possibly want out of a CF?

Just be patient, he'll be fired after we blow another primo chance at a title

Him and his girlfriend Yuli can go have fun together somewhere else.

Not that I'm a Dusty fan (I'd rank him in the middle of the pack of current managers), but what do you think of his bullpen management over the course of this season?
