Is that really proven though? There was a tweet here and a rumor there, and ppl in Houston ran with it, but is it true?
I'm rooting for Lewis Brinson. Went to spring training a few years ago when he was still a hotshot prospect with the Marlins and he was really cool with the kids. Had no idea he was in the org until he was traded last week.
Hernandez is definitely a star hitter, he's was spectacular in 20 and 21. He had a slow start coming back from injury this season, but has been right back to form since May. 2 Silver Sluggers, so that's pretty star qualified. Laureano not so much, solid overall player though and also an insufferable POS.
Teo definitely. He was one of the AL silver sluggers the last two seasons. Laureano is more of a solidly above average hitter but his first two seasons in Oakland he had wRC+ of 131 and 127. He’s a good hitter.
0.4 fwar in 5 games with SF. LoL. I was mildly surprised Houston couldn’t trade him at the deadline for an actual lotto prospect. Would be a shame for the Astros if he made good on his potential now.
