    It has lots of issues besides affordability that has people moving. Climate change ain’t going well there with the drought and fires. The big earthquake will eventually hit as well.

    Each state has their own pro and cons.
    It's really down to what u prefer on where to live.

    To some folks a state that support the rights of rapist to choose who they want as their baby mama is the state for them.
    For others it's about how cheap the living situation is.
    Weather could b a factor, food cuisine another.

    If u don't like an area move. That's the beauty of this country.

    The people in some of those states don't even want that is what's weird. TX never voted on it. We have guns though to defend against tyrannical govt. Maybe instead of moving we should start cap'n, no cap. - DD

    in So. Cal, there is a Rockets fan club in the Inland Empire (Riverside, San Bernardino), which is also the Calif home base of hate groups (KKK, American Nazis, QAnon, etc.)

    Exactly I said this before but when I approached a ex California client what it was like coming to Tennessee,…he instantly said “ I feel like I moved to America” …not just here,…Texas, Florida, heck pick almost any other state..we need to keep states from becoming California…some are basically there like Illinois, NY, …others super close such as Oregon. Hopefully voters will stop other states from the Californication process
