This I agree with. It's been done by all previous presidents (literally). It was really fine to do so because none of the presidents ever tried to use the military politically. But Trump did and once that happens, Biden and future normal Presidents should not use that backdrop again. But again, this is minor vs the content. Also, outside of airing his accomplishments, it's not a political speech. This idea of telling the truth is political while telling lies is just both sides doing it needs to stop.
