    Mobley will be an upgraded version of Gobert and Mitchell would have more fun playing with his new big guy. (Hopefully Mobley doesn't catch anything viral and pass it on to Mitchell otherwise it will be a huge PTSD moment for Spida)

    You don't think Cavs brass spoke with Mitchell and reps in re long-term prospective stay in Cleveland? I am almost certain that was key prerequisite to Cavs engaging in trade talks w/ Utah.

    And even without Mitchell, Cavs have 3 All Stars in Garland Mobley and Allen. Those guys alone will keep the team above .500. Factor-in what you will get in return for Donovan Mitchell IF he does ask for a trade, and this is a perennial playoff team.

    Man when off season started I woulda bet the Jazz got way more for a Mitchell than Gobert. Boy was I wrong. How is Minnesota soo dumb....

    Doubtful, but Cavs now have a great young core that is very complimentary.

    I think this is a great move for the Cavs given their market and where they are in the rebuild (complete now and ready to compete)
