    **** Drellich.

He never liked the Astros and never should have covered them. He mocked the owner, GM and the players. Made fun of the rebuild and called it a failure early on.

I hope trips on the escalator next time he is at MMP and is trampled to death by fans.

I hope he gets mugged with extreme prejudice in his favorite city.

People aren't going to snitch. Steroids weren't really that different. Players would say they saw it, but it was rare for there to be specifics

I'll say it again. Every team was cheating. Go look at that interview with Scherzer where he talks about knowing this and how much pride he's always taken in having a system in place to be continually changing the signs from inning to inning.

If the LAD were stupid enough to not be changing their signs then that's on them. ESPECIALLY in the WS!!

The teams were having mound visits so frequently nobody could steal signs. And it was too damn loud to try banging on a trashcan.

That's fine - but if so, then it's worthless and doesn't really change anything. What made the Astros' treatment unique is that there was hard evidence and specifics. Same reason we treat suspected criminals different than convicted ones. Insinuating stuff and tarnishing people without any evidence seems worse than snitching to me.

Who was this and what were the specifics he gave?

They banged on the bench using a massage gun.

I assume you're talking about Eric Kratz's allegations - he never played for the Rockies. And he claimed they banged it on a metal bench, which apparently they didn't have metal benches at the time - they had wood benches.

What are you talking about? MLB caught the yankees and red sox multiple times, there's articles about how the dodgers were doing it, along with all the players who have said it (plus even a shred of common sense). Are you trying to say that those teams didn't do what the astros did? is that a joke?

Apple watches and bullpen phones that led to fines not good enough?

Exactly. He must’ve just fallen off a turnip truck.
Nothing we did was right, that’s not at issue here so people need to separate that.
    Chris Sale knows what’s up.
So does Chris Bassit and a few others that have said along the same lines that it was rampant at the time. Ask the Brewers about the Dodgers. MIL was adamant about LA stealing signs other then having someone at 2nd.

NYGs were placing cameras in the outfield to steal signs as early as 1951. They relayed the signs using the manual scoreboard.

It's not new, just improved. And the wrong team was winning. Cheating is AOK as long as the right teams are the ones doing it best.

Several-many players have come out and said these things, multiple ****ing times, but I guess it's just not enough for some people.

I don't even think he's an Astros fan. He always backs the league and villafies the team. I'd ignore his posts

No question. I was just pointing out not to waste too much time on it.
