I really don’t care to alleviate tensions. Throw the book at him, consequences be damned.

One would think that violation of "home arrest" would send Trump directly to Club Fed, to work on his tennis game.

I wouldn't mind seeing her lose her law license for a handful years. Lawyers as officers of the court should be CRIMING. It is a bad look.

they are literally putting their heads in the sand…this is getting beyond pathetic with the lame attempts at distraction and deflection

Trump was caught with the bags of money, and the ski mask in his back pocket

This is the crime that the DoJ should not let Trump plead down.

I don't see Biden (or Garland for that matter) letting Trump get sent to Club Fed. House arrest is way more Presidential.

Trump could be held for a year while the DoJ builds its case? Sad, really.

Reality Winner, Former N.S.A. Translator, Gets More Than 5 Years in Leak of Russian Hacking Report

Reality Winner, the former Air Force linguist and intelligence contractor who pleaded guilty in June to leaking a top-secret government report on Russian hacking, was sentenced on Thursday to five years and three months in federal prison.

Ms. Winner, 26, is the first person to be sentenced under the Espionage Act since President Trump took office. Prosecutors said her sentence was the longest ever imposed in federal court for an unauthorized release of government information to the media.

She was arrested in June 2017 and was held for more than a year while prosecutors built a case. She pleaded guilty in June 2018 to one felony count of unauthorized transmission of national defense information, for giving a classified report about Russian interference in the 2016 election to a news outlet.

I think you know which former Trump attorney is in no chance of losing his license of facing obstruction chargers.

The vast majority of Judges, even the ones picked by Trump, have ruled against him.

And no we don't all know that Epstein was murdered and even if he was, there would be a lot of suspects besides Trump.

You do love your conspiracy theories dobro at least this one is somewhat entertaining.:D

Why would anybody be shaking down Cassidy Hutchinson, at this point she already gave up the goods?

I would have thought this as well but seeing all the **** he has done in Florida and with him being much more intelligent about how to do things I think he could be way worse than Trump.

I have no idea what Desantis motivations really are, but I think they are worse than ideological, they are purely financial, meaning he could be at the beck and call of some real bad hombres.

    Re-affirm USA's leadership?

Do you want to ask Putin how the USA's leadership is in the world ?

Who really votes anyway about USA's leadership in the world these days, it's certainly not Republicans.

The markings on some of the evidence have indeed been identified as containing identifying information about human sources, signal intelligence capabilities and secret technology.

So trumps defense is that he removed all protection on information like that? His supporters think that’s a good defense?
