Electronic interception and relay of signals. High Tech sign stealing which would be ignored if done in CA or NY,

Just for the record, Verducci had a source in the Dodgers front office describing a far more elaborate system in place by the Dodgers than the Astros have ever dreamed...

Multiple cameras and techniques to steal signs. They supposedly hired video staff just for it....

Seems like a front office doing it is worse than players doing it..

It'll be disgusting when the Dodgers win the WS this year, most likely against us, that it will be the "triumph of good over evil" for about 27 fanbases, and that's being conservitive.

The giants fans will have our back in this whole thing. Can’t think of anyone else.

I just can't get that home run to Soler on the 44th pitch in a world series honoring Hank Aaron out of my head.

It was such an awful pitch too, a hanging changeup middle-middle on a 2-2 count. A pitch so awful that those saying the entire thing was scripted have merit.

Pitch-com would be the only way to script such a sequence, with both sides knowing exactly what to throw and expect.

And a big black dude hitting it! Yeah, I've heard the conspiracies. That would make me so despondent if all sports were really, truly rigged on that level.

Pitchcom wasn't actually being used in the WS last year though, so doesn't that kind of go against your point?

I believe it wasn’t a 2-2 pitch that he hit out, it was a 2-4 pitch. He had struck out twice already that AB but multiple missed calls allowed that hr to happen

    I'm sure Luhnow disagrees...

This guy is still making money out of the scandal all because he had a major axe to grind with the organization.

    Conspiracy works better than pitch-com.

It's Reddick. He's been having a twitter battle with a Dodgers fan. Was just coming here to post it.

It depends if (1) it was after August 2017 when MLB said it was going to crack down on it, (2) what the cheating specifics were, and (3) if anyone has and willing to share evidence of it.

Dodgers traded for Reddick at the 2016 trade deadline. Then the Astros signed him before the 2017 season. From what's been implied over the last 2 years, the Astros players knew about the Dodgers sign stealing scheme through Reddick. Remember the 2017 WS games were the last to allow unlimited mound visits. Both teams were well aware of each others schemes which made them useless.

If Reddick wants the Dodgers to be treated like the Astros, then he should give specifics instead of the typical "I know they were cheating but I won't say more".

Makes no difference what anyone says. The colorado catcher from that season gave specifics, nobody cared
