Wow.... astros got a gift, yankees threw a DP ball away for the win.

Yankees lose and DJ throws the ball away

After tomorrow the Astros have a long stretch of games against scum bums. Time to try to create some separation from the Yankees.

Agreed, that stupid challenge at the end when clearly the "slide rule" wasn't broken.

Astros have been unwatchable the last two days.

On the bright side, they found a cure for insomnia.

I keep thinking of the Barkley playground pickup game commercial and imagine how beloved the picker would be because they had a winning record. She would become Saint Picker and everyone would trumpet her record as proof of her brilliance.

Maybe we should just forfeit tomorrow so everyone can be rested for the playoffs. (not serious, but in the theater of the absurd, I have to label it as not serious because it's plausible)

Am I happy with our play vs Baltimore? Certainly not.
Does it seem we struggle more than we should vs scrub starters? Sure!

But this idea that other great teams don't and haven't looked like dog doo doo vs bad/mediocre teams, at times, is complete BS.

That was 4 posts in a row and 1 reply to yourself.

    Could be a record!

That's actually typical in the early morning hours when normal people are sleeping. Unlike some, I do not read the entire thread before posting. I respond to each post or make my own. I also "like" a lot of posts in the middle of the night/morning. When I answer myself, it is usually because the original is beyond the 30 minute edit cap. Last night is was 2 hours.

I usually post on sites where the comments and replies are linked rather than cumulative which makes change difficult for old dogs and new tricks.

Note to ?. I used a lot, not alot. Please forgive my name recollection problem. It is not old age because I have always had great recollection of numbers and sequences and problems with name recollection, particularly with those which should be easy to remember. It will come to me in a day or two.

That's ALWAYS a good thing UNLESS they are playing the CUBS.

Get the offensive slump over with. Better now then later.
