On a positive note, we are going to score a bunch of runs (5+) for JV to help him get his 17th win and keep him on pace to win that 3rd Cy Young.

Take time and celebrate the fact Houston isn't AL East

Toronto, Tampa, and Boston have all been problems for a while. Heck, Yankees haven't exactly been a pushover either

What happened at the end? Altuve was at the plate with a 1-2 count with one out, and suddenly the game was over.

He's a perfectly fine reliever when he's used in proper roles.

He's a 5/6/7/8 "please give us an early inning", "usually without the lead", "keep the game within reach" pitcher.

Every team has a couple of those.

Altuve was caught with a buzzer under his jersey taped to his chest. He was thrown out and rung up as an out...as well as the runner on base was also declared null and void and out. ;)

Altuve grounded out third to first. Pena struck out swinging.

Jeremy Pena isn't MLB caliber for 2 months, since his return from injury.

He is constantly striking out on sliders way outside

I'll assign this to the thrill of pitchers facing the best team in their conference and wanting to do well as this somehow validates their average team as being better than their record states they are. Then, they can go on to the next team and go back to being mediocre. Everyone wants a piece of you when you're at the top and wants to do well. But, in the end, you are what your record says you are.

Pena was the pitch hitter, struck out. Altuve grounded out. That is two outs. What about the third out?

Oakland Athletics, Baltimore Orioles,Tampa Bay Rays

Analytic Teams are the ones the Astros Struggle the Most in Hitting. Their Pitchers constantly Strikeout the Astros and the Astros Strike out the less against the Whole League.
