Lovie has been very, very clear about the type of offense he will run this season.

    # 69 trying to make this team, playing a solid d-line
Undrafted rookie, makes for a good story

For sure, Hinish is making this team. He’s been everywhere and heard the same about training camp

Keep saying with these younger qbs that to get them in rhythm do what they're best at then go from there. Mills began under center, not really his thing, but still found Jordan open. Jordan could have had a 30 yrd gain if not dropped. The int, I liked that pass. Moore has proven to get that 50/50 ball. The deep ball to Collins would have looked completely different with Brandin running the route instead of Nico just being all linear.

Mills isn't the type of QB that can make a Chad Hensen look like a star just yet and his footwork under center is Cal-awkward. Mills is gonna need help in his SECOND season. We will know more after that. Win win if he suceeds or fails. That's how I'm looking at it with the high picks

Pitre,Pierce, Green and Sting are all legit 1st round worthy rooks.

I could see this team winning 6 games.

    Hopefully the Browns implode ASAP.

I don’t think there’s anything to complain about the game…Mills had crisper passes including a nice TD dart, Could use better wide receiver depth but that’s probably almost every position you could say… nico keeps looking better than last year at least…All the rookies are looking good ..Pitre might be my favorite . Dameon could be the 4th rd pick that came out of no where to shock everyone…I really like the team build up and I think we closed out the final preseason game very productively…I’ll be excited to see all the starters and I think we are indeed ready for game one

We beat 3 good teams in preseason. I thought we would lose tonight actually. I was impressed tonight, especially with Pierce and our defense. Good to see us cleaning up all those penalties compared to last week.

Sometimes when you get a star RB, everything just starts working.

    Let's go.

DP looking like he may be the 3rd best player on the team already (Cooks, Tunsil)

It feels nearly impossible that we'll be over .500 this year, but it's starting to feel very real that this team will be seriously competing next year and beyond.

If guys like Pitre, Sting, Green, and Pierce all truly hit (or even two of the four), then we need to start talking about Caserio as a great drafter. Especially after last year’s strong draft class without any 1st or 2nd round pick. And that’s not even taking guys like Harris, Metchie or Booker into consideration.

Pretty solid game all around last night. Outside of a fluky pick the game was pretty clean.
Defense looks like it could be good, Oline and run game looks miles better.

I hope this turns out to be true because one of the criticisms of New England over the years has been them not being great in the draft. I don't know how much Caserio had a hand in that, but it was something that had me worried when we brought him in.

Don’t forget about UDFAs that can make an impact like Hinish. Seth Payne is said it is analogous to finding $100 in your sofa which is completely true.
