In addition to that, Embiid's weight and frame also wasn't an issue, so for him it was mainly about getting healthy (and even losing weight) to reduce the stress on his body. Chet is in a really rough spot because not only does he need to gain substantially more weight to play in the league, he's currently 7-1 with a severe foot injury. Putting on weight could actually impact his longevity, but not putting on weight isn't a solution either.
