    Earrings are OK. Nose ring I'm usually fine with for cultural reasons. Don't care for piercings elsewhere.

    Face injections and surgery are risky. They can get ugly real fast.

    The overdone plastic surgery, some women can look cute with piercings but the lips and the plastic looking face has got to go.

    I'd prefer piercings over plastic surgery. The over blow lips and too tightened face are not attractive at all.
