Even more reason its pointless. Chet got injured, going at 25%, on a **** floor, learning nothing. Good floor, no crowd, nothing malicious but actually learning and absorbing knowledge and skill.... at least there's decent benefit there. The risk:reward for stuff like this is too high imo, ESPECIALLY for the young guys cause they don't understand that quite like the old guys do - hence Chet making any effort to stop Lebron there and subsequently rolling his ankle. You can tell from Lebron's wild attempt he wasn't really expecting Chet to try quite so hard on that...
exactly. Chet was out here trying to do something when he was supposed to be going 25%. Everyone else understands just let the guy get the layup. I dont think it's pointless just being out there. You can't wrap yourself in bubble wrap.
Chet would have been a cheat code at pitcher, doesn’t need to throw the ball, just reach out and give it to the catcher.
Remember when the Rockets were somewhat shocked that Paolo went first and then they didn't have enough medical info to 100 percent take Chet at 3 if he was available?
I assumed he would get injured. It's all part of the 2-year plan to blatantly tank again for Victor Wembanyama. That's what the Rockets should have done if they had the chance. A giraffe and a unicorn together is unstoppable.
this man chet got hurt going up against Lebron going 25%. Chet didnt get the memo to just put a hand up and let the layups go in exhibition games.
