    There’s no such thing as locking up every single good player. Having a ton of good players is a testament to your organization but a team can’t keep them all in the long term. It doesn’t have anything to do about loyalty but it’s the reality of the business of the game

    I think the NBA suffers the most from this which is why it has fallen to my #3 favorite sport

    There has to be a middle ground though. I think Minor League Players should be making more.

    And the Braves are going to let him walk this offseason. They've spent a ton of money already for the future and he wants way more than he's worth.

    He says he wants to stay home in GA, but it won't be reciprocal unless he takes a sweetheart hometown deal.
