So basically your answer is to ignore the potential bias against Hillary Clinton because it doesn’t fit your narrative.

Let’s look at this the other way. Weisselberg was indicted and pled guilty to charges of tax evasion working for the Trump Organization. It’s obvious that Donald Trump knew this and approved this. Michael Cohen went to jail over the Stormy Daniel’s payoffs Donald Trump signed the check. In both those cases he wasn’t even indicted. If anything it appears to be a bias towards favoring Trump.

So your argument is largely based on feelings that somehow LE is biased against Trump yet in fact it appears that Trump
    Is getting preferential treatment.

Trump also received preferential treatment from the DOJ in regards to the documents he took. They took the additional step of sending people to actually ask for it back. Trump refused but this is an extra opportunity many others wouldn't get.

We have plenty of evidence that Trump was given favorable treatment. None that it was biased against him

If the Lisa Page/Peter Stzock saga did not happen 6 years ago , I would FEEL more confidence about unbiased professionalism yes,..the argument is not based on feelings but based on the conduct and behavior of lead agents. One that was in charge of Hillary’s case and approved her presidential candidacy and declared her innocent naturally. I understand at the highest level agents are still human, they may be the best and brightest but they will lie and cheat on their own spouses unfortunately just like rednecks without the college …at our core we are all animalistic I suppose no matter our accomplishments…
I think people would be more likely to be on board with the judicial an investigative process against Trump if the federal agents were not so openly biased and that there was a history of such against Trump from such a powerful force.

The FBI is no joke they have a lot of power and if they wanted to investigate you or me they WILL find something especially if their is bias, trust me ..imagine having that against you

If the FBI was more professional in its past dealings with Trump, there is no doubt in my mind more people would be on board against Trump for his wrong doings

This is what we call a feedback loop.

Fascinating..what do you call falsifying an email to justify continued surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page.

    feedback bias?

I call that six years ago and unrelated since we've seen Trump actually received preferential treatment.

because angry tweets are the same as blowing up churches or local law enforcement beating voting rights activists to death

As you stated that Strozk was fired years ago. It seems very strained to argue that somehow he has a continued influence. Other than your own suspicion do you have any evidence that he has this sort of outsized influence?

I will also ask you again what concern did you Have regarding reported bias among FBI personnel against Hillary Clinton during th e-mail investigation?

As you seem to acknowledge FBI agents are people and people have biases. That’s why there are other safeguards in our justice system. That’s why I asked you the question of do you think bias is grounds for dismissal if an LEO otherwise proves a crime has been committed and all due process has been followed? My understanding is that it is not otherwise Al Capone could’ve argued that Elliot Ness was biased against him, which he clearly was. The lawyers on here can correct me if I’m wrong.

I posted a link from an article stating that many in the FBI were biased towards Hillary Clinton.

Do you have evidence even reporting that Strozk is still influencing things at the FBI?

I’ve already posted evidence that there is a pattern of definite bias with at least three people with a sequential timeframe including falsifying an email which is a crime and that FBI lawyer paid the price for it

From years ago and that doesn’t directly counter that there was bias towards Hillary Clinton either. You’ve yet to substantiate that Peter Strozk has anything to do with the current FBI operations.

The aftermath was less than two years ago…I certainly showed 3 bad actors in a timeline sequence with crooked Clinesmith being most recent as far as it’s conclusive result

Clinesmith nor Steozk have nothing to do with the warrant on Mar A Lago.

Anyway if your talking a pattern don’t you think then that the pattern of criminAlity around Trump with his chief financial officer pleading guilty just days ago would mean that there is good cause for LE to investigate Trump.

I think given the history of the investigative nature from the FBI against Trump and the pattern that has emerged from multiple persons that any investigation needs to be transparent and carefully scrutinized because the FBI messed up from the get-go…The DOJ-FBI Has the burden of proof because of how they went about their investigation and how they showed bias against Trump not only through words but through action as well

Of course they have the burden of proof and given the amount of indictments and outright convictions of Trump Associates it appears they have met the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt in most of these cases.

Does illegal action involving investigation include the burden of proof. Falsifying emails is beyond corrupt.. Oh it happened one time? That’s one time too many . The FBI has to held to a greater authority

Nobody is excusing the time it happened years ago.

Honestly, believing every investigation is tainted because of it just isn't rational.

As @rocketsjudoka mentioned earlier almost every police department has had unwarranted investigations arrests and in the case of Minneapolis PD they murdered a person. Does that mean we should never trust any investigation by any police department?
