what does being grandfathered even mean? also does that mean there is a thing called fathered? i need to know this
if you currently wear #6, you have to be a grandfather. so lebrons kids already have baby mama drama, not surprising. I’m shocked kJ Martin is a 21 year old grandfather.
i bet lerbon has been a grandfather multiple times. would be disappoint if he doesn’t have at least 10 by now. kayjay is a handsome breh, takes after his mum cus his daddy ugly af.
I don't think Gretzky should have had his number retired, nor do I think Jordan should. League-wide number retirement should be for transcending the game which, IMO, doesn't mean "playing it super well." Babe Ruth is kind of baseball's Gretzky and his number isn't the one retired--Jackie Robinson's is, because what he meant in society was much bigger than just baseball. Russell is probably the closest thing to Robinson that basketball has. He's not quite the civil rights symbol that Robinson represented for various reasons, but he is a civil rights icon, like Muhammad Ali. As I said before this actually happened, I could go either way on it, but it definitely doesn't feel wrong or silly to me.
Why are we even wearing numbers anyway. The name is on the jersey. I'd like to see someone retire their name and drop the mic.
