    That may be Amber's biggest obstacle now. Everyone has pretty much moved on and we're over it. Even if she won a re-trial, it probably wouldn't change popular opinion much. Did anyone really care about the facts in this case? It's a popularity contest and Amber is just unpopular especially because of how she behaved on those tapes and for how she came off in her trial testimony. The way her and her friends took advantage of Johnny's financial success and generosity was particularly disgusting imo.
