    Beto would be giving the shoplifter a medal for this. Would then proceed to put the officer in jail all while making a law that makes stealing under $900.00 ok.... Don't forget he would also "take our guns" for maximum carnage....

    Thank God for Texas and the real men that still live in this great state.

    Title is misleading. I thought it was strange that he would be shot for running away.

    Per the video, he was shot because he was running into cars and even tried to run over a deputy.
