Given that the ACA uses private insurance that would make it not socialism.

Who funds all these schools to fortify and arm up? Gov Abbott? The NRA? The GOP? The taxpayers? Will property taxes go up to fund these schools for all this? Houston ISD is having to spend over 2 million to do this and there are over a thousand school districts in Texas. Seems like banning weapons designed to kill in mass quickly would be the easiest, cheapest, and best solution.
