FX has renewed its highly acclaimed comedy series “What We Do in the Shadows” for both a fifth and sixth season. The order comes ahead of the show’s fourth premiere which sets to launch on the network on Tuesday, July 12th and will be available to stream the next day on Hulu. The series, starring the likes of Matt Berry, Kayvan Novak and Harvey Guillén, will also soon be coming to the Star banner of Disney+ in international territories along with Star+ in Latin America. Just throw a bunch of people in a room and have them improv for half an hour. Do that for half a day and you have the next season. They could probably pump it out like 1920's movies if they want - 2 seasons every week - and the only problem would be over-saturating the viewers. Its the same dynamic that makes actual reality TV so cheap and easy to churn out.
While these actors are talented and play their roles well, your response does not give the show enough credit for it's brilliance.

best show on tv right now! the multiple plot-lines in this one were all hilarious. nadia and her dance club, nandor and his big penis and then teenage colin robinson and laslo. colin robinson saving it at the end and the vampires reaction to him was hilarious. the actress who plays nadja is my current celebrity crush.
Laszlo is probably my favorite character on TV. The actor's delivery is perfect. Also, his obsession with the home improvement show.
