Our government will never allow the risk of executive-level state secrets finding their way to another country (even if Trump probably never even read the various classified materials that came in front of him). He's being monitored every second and if he jumps on a jet without his Secret Service detail, he'd never make it to his destination.

Biden Learned of Trump Raid From Media Reports, White House Says https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/poli...om-media-reports-white-house-says/ar-AA10ulUb
That's a trick I learned from Steven Castor, Attorney at Law. But I did go back and kind of fixed it. It will read correctly even if it won't link correctly.
Trump can release the warrant and the Affidavit. It's up to him to do it, not the DOJ. Trump is free to release his copy of the warrant any time he would like. I would have thought Andrew Cuomo would have known that.
Play your part! Spread those nuggets to try and delegitimize this. Anything to make the pain go away!
Here's the problem for Trump: There are laws and executive orders governing the handling of presidential documents. They were not followed. There are declassification procedures. They were not followed. There are chain of custody requirements. They were broken. The records belong to the United States of America, not a president or ex-president. They were stolen. There is no good explanation for why these records were in MAL. None. All of those are also problems for the Republican Party for obvious reasons. If Trump goes down, 2/3 of the GOP base is cast adrift and as much as some want to think so, DeSantis is not the savior. Also, careful on the Reinhart stuff. First reports naming the guy came from right-wing outlets like Breitbart. Every reputable news org has some major qualifiers when they even mention the name. It may very well be that he was the one that signed off, but there's also a special court (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18a/compiledact-96-456) that deals with crimes related to high level classified info. Hard to believe that given the smoke around extremely high level classifications that they weren't involved. I don't know enough about the law or how warrants work to form an opinion though--maybe they were required to get a local magistrate.
