    I think people are just afraid other people won't vote for him. People wanted someone other than Biden until we got to the primaries and he was the one that made the most sense.

    I'd say Trump's most popular messages during the 2016 primary were:
    1. Build the wall
    2. F*ck 'em
    The rest are policy issues that the GOP has stood against for decades and would never have passed through a GOP Congress regardless of which Republican was the nominee.
