Ted Cruz seems like a beta douchelord who needs a good old beating. I would have smacked that guy in school. Just for being such an obviously insecure beta. Not proud of it, but that guy deserves it.

Ted Cruz got played for the fool that he is. And the is that it won't matter. He knows what he's doing and he's playing to the people that will never vote for an opponent of his. And as great as Texas is, there are enough people out there that will be fooled by Cruz (at least enough to not have to face themselves and their mistakes) to elect him over and over again.

I'm an idiot, but why did they vote twice in the same exact bill?

    Nicely done by Stewart though.

He's right. Its not about politics. I wrote a Facebook that dude is like Eddie Haskel . Politics aside I don't see how that guy wins elections. He is just not likable. He is so smug

    The rare self -response....

The original vote came on the bill as it originated in the Senate and would have been proven illegal, as this is unconstitutional. It never would have been refunded. Republicans passed it.

This bill went to the House, was fixed so that it essentially started in the House and was then legal, passed and sent back to the senate.

At that point, the Senate Republicans struck it down. Makes little sense if the bill truly wasn't changed.

    Washington at its finest.

My beliefs are more conservative than liberal (except socially), but I don't see how anyone can support this party any longer.

I am so disenfranchised politically that I feel like there is no hope for our country.

I know there were rumors that Ted Cruz was a clutch fan. I wonder if any of the CF.net sleuths could confirm that.

man The Rockets have done away with all the bad luck in the franchise with CP3, Morey and Harden. Its time for punk ass Ted Cruz to give up his fandom so we can finally start a full luck rebuild.

There was a technical change that didn't impact any of the "guts" of the bill.

The change had to do with part of the bill where the VA would buy out a doctor's contract if he would commit to working in a rural area for 4 years. They wanted to make that buy out non taxable. The house Ways and Means committee had a problem with that. Rather than continuing to delay things, they removed it.

So I see you and your friend @Zboy resort to the same type rebuttals as those other childish guys I put on ignore. This is why I put those types on ignore. It doesn't take any critical thinking skills to insult people instead of giving a reasonable or logical dispute to the topic. When you just disagree with insults, not facts, for me it's like trying to carry on a conversation with some schoolyard bullies.

I certainly wouldn't stand by a man who let's other men ridicule me in public, then turns around and kisses their butts. I wouldn't stand by a lying hypocrite who treats women and their kids with bigotry and disrespect like Ted does, and you should know that. I certainly wouldn't trust a man who kisses the butt of Trump. You know, the guy who just buried his ex-wife Ivana, whom he raped & cheated on with Marla Maples at his Bedminster Club for a tax break, then played golf on her grave while taking Saudi Arabian blood-money.
