    What if Clutch the Bear ignored your kids or step kids?
    Can you sue the Rockets for 25 million ?
    There’s nothing in the ticket saying they have to hug your kids
    So legally I have no idea if they can win

    Does the case get thrown out if the person wearing the costume is black thou? There is no basis to racist claims because black people can not be racist...

    In actual court, you judge the case on the actual facts, not hypothetical facts. Do you know of a real case where racist black people caused harm?
