Has Click ever made a big move? Maybe I haven't followed closely enough but I have little to no faith in Click even making a move.... I miss Jeff Luhnow..

Love this because we keep Leon. But losing brown and Whitley is kinda scary.. would still do it. I said somewhere earlier, but after seeing what happened with Tucker and Whitley, where I wanted to trade Tucker. Now it’s Leon and Brown. And I’d rather let go of Brown. I like Castillo and Chafin a lot

You're coming off as an uneducated MAGA moron. Go to the D&D to debate it if you want. By the way, that "world class healthcare" you mentioned is telling them they should get vaccinated.

I think Benentindi is a get for the Yankees for two reasons…defense, and getting on base ahead of Judge.

If this means less Gallo that’s also a positive for them.

Is Luis Castillo legit linked as an a Stros trade prospect? I tried to go back a few pages but didn't see anything besides a Tilman idiot derailing a trade target thread

It's crazy to think that, a few years from now, we'll almost certainly remember this trade for Montero, who was def the afterthought of the three players at the time. This trade kind of tells me that the org still has it, since even at the time the reporting was that Montero was a huge piece of it for the Stros.

yes there's been lots of reporting. i think the motivation for the interest is a bit more speculative, ranging from the idea that we're moving on from some other starter, to keeping him away from the yankees, to (most credibly, in my view) the reality that we're going to lose JV and need an ace this offseason.

first thing that pops in my head with Benintendi is his diving game/series ending catch still against Breg with the bases loaded in the 18" ALCS :(

He was signed to a minor league deal as a free agent after he was let go by the Reds and Giants.

Yes there’s been a lot of chatter. Since Houston traded for 3 ToR SP (Verlander, Cole, Greinke) over the course of a few seasons, it makes sense for reporters to assume they’d be in on Castillo.

Benetendi is a strange pickup for the Yankees... does he strike out enough to get in their lineup?

Definitely an upgrade over Gallo but i don't know if he does much for them as a difference maker.

I still don't think their pitching holds up. They've been very lucky with health...
