You don't need to (nor should) binge watch What-If. I felt like half the episodes had a "That's it??" feeling at the end, but I don't regret wasting time on it.

I'd skip Ms. Marvel. The design is thought out, but the story and appeal felt like something on Teen Disney.

that’s the main reason I haven’t, and probably won’t, watch Ms. Marvel

show just gives me “very family friendly, even your little 5 year old can enjoy” vibes, and I’m really not here for 6 episodes of that

I thought Ms Marvel had the most cohesive story of any of the shows on Disney+. Not nearly as good as Loki but basically good (or bad, lulz) as anything else. Off the top of my head I'd rank it like... 4th of the D+ stuff at worst. But watching it made me GAY, so be careful.

Exactly why I'm not watching it.

JK, I have actually been enjoying that series (more than Moon Knight).

She Hulk will actually turn you trans.

Same. I was SHOCKED to learn not all Muslims in the US were winning MVP, DPOY and rings in the same year. Broadened my world view. Made me WOKE.

I think this series is going to be huge (18 episodes) and bring in most, if not all, of the Netflix Marvel characters.

Exclusive: Jon Bernthal Back As Punisher, Appearing In Daredevil Reboot
By MICHILEEN MARTIN | PUBLISHED 10 HOURS AGO

Frank Castle is on his way back. That’s right. Between the Dolph Lundgren lead The Punisher of 1989 and Jon Bernthal’s debut as the vigilante in season 2 of Netflix’s Daredevil, 27 years passed. That’s how long it took for someone to get a live-action adaptation of the character right, and now that version is returning. Our trusted and proven source has informed us that Jon Bernthal is officially on board to return as the Punisher in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While he’ll almost certainly have his own projects in store, we know that Bernthal will be appearing in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again.

The fact that this news is coming to light now could be indicative of things going on behind the curtain at Disney. Back in November came the rumblings that any chance of Jon Bernthal returning as Punisher was being held up by a high level internal struggle at Disney. One side of that conflict was headed by CEO Bob Chapek who, among other things, wanted to expand the kinds of content available on Disney+ to go beyond what is traditionally considered “family friendly.” On the other side were those who saw such a change as a mistake, as well as those who agreed with Chapek on offering more mature content on the streamer, but felt Chapek was the wrong choice as the leadership for such changes. With, as THR reports, Disney renewing Chapek’s contract and Small Screen claiming the CEO has spent the last few months eliminating all of his competition at Disney, it would seem as if the struggle’s victor has been chosen.

Of course, we’ve already seen some of the changes due to that victory. Coming in time for both the premiere of Moon Knight and the arrival of all of Marvel’s live-action Netflix series on Disney+ — including Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher — came the streamer’s new functions to help parents keep their kids away from more mature content. Since then we’ve seen three of the only commercially successful R-rated superhero movies — Deadpool, Deadpool 2, and Logan — begin streaming on Disney+. Not to mention that one of Marvel’s most recent films, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, proved a breed apart from its predecessors. The sequel is essentially a horror film, with its hero fighting the film’s climactic battle while possessing a desiccated corpse and flying on a cape made from dominated demons. The MCU of today is not the MCU of 2008, and the ways in which it’s changed makes a Punisher return inevitable.

One big question that may be on many fans’ minds is in regards to one of the most visually iconic pieces of the Punisher — his skull logo. At least in part because of ultra-right-wing groups who have adopted the skull logo as their own, Marvel redesigned the image to make it look different from the more recognizable skull. The good news here is that Jon Bernthal hardly ever wore the Punisher logo either on his own series or in his initial appearances in Daredevil, making its absence less of a problem than it could’ve been.

    the skull controversy is stupid

the skull was there before the wokesters got scared of it. and the punisher uses guns , i know the comics made him a ninja because the new writers are soft unlike the writers in the 80s and 90s

    it's hard to trust disney
i bet they were shocked that daredevil is blind

I hate this move, Bernthal should not be coming back... This was an opportunity to give the role to a black actor. Jordan Peele would have never given this role to a white guy.

The Punisher thing isn't a WOKE issue, its a brand erosion issue. The people wearing the Punisher stuff are either POOR or work for the state - begging for handouts and pensions. It's a bad look. If you want to live off the state go to China or somn.

If people were putting Punisher stickers on Porsche's or you saw doctors wearing Punisher hats, it'd aight.

You ever see a punisher sticker on an OLED?

I get it, I make more money than you, you don't need to get a punisher tattoo to remind me.

It's more of the co-opting of the skull by extreme right-wing and/or hate groups. Not a good look for a comic book franchise.

if they used the Batman symbol, should people cancel Batman?

The new punisher symbol is stupid and he's not a ninja.

These poor ****s tattooing punisher logos on their asses can't afford Batman gear. And Batman is a billionaire. It doesn't make sense to have that while they're changing my oil for a living. I assume, like them, punisher has no real job other than intermittent stints in jail.

the original Punisher is an ex military dude who is a vigilante using guns. that shouldn't change because the real world changed.

However it's better than Gay Superman or Gay Spiderman.

the punisher has money to get lots of guns though

they shouldn't change anything about him because stuff in the real world is different.
I don't have confidence in Disney cause they are going to make him into some corny character

look what they did with KINGPIN when he went Disney

That ****'s ok in a fictional world. When people in real life start to emulate it is the problem.
