Well if he was on here as a straight male but still saying that he was a nazi and that he hated all women, he woulda been banned on day 1 shortly after the vitriolic retorts directed at him from this place reached sky high levels. He would not have had an empathetic ear here. Since he said he was trans, the fake empathy poured in and he got to spew unmitigated hate for weeks. He said gay men get a pass. Well he did get a pass here. His hate speeches were tolerated simply because he presented himself as trans. Would make a great case study.

There have been other posters who posted intoxicated and posted angry and insulting stuff. Who then later admitted they were going through tough times and dealing with hard issues. Those were straight white men some of whom are still posting. Again though even if it was a troll job what is the cost other than some time on a site that already is pretty much a time waster to show some empathy?
I have never seen anyone else here come close to that kind of hate speech. Not even close. Admitting to being a nazi? Advocating rape of all trans? Openly hating women? Cmon. Nobody talks like that.
Exactly it’s an over the top cry for attention. It’s what she even admitted to. It sounds like it worked too as it got your attention In a negative way. For some people going down a dark hole feeling isolated and alone any attention is welcome. Some people also just want to hold onto or exaggerate their pain to justify why they feel the way they do.
thats fine. However, my point stands just the same. If not for the guise of being trans, he would’ve had no empathy here and would’ve been banned on day one. The other posters would’ve demanded his immediate banishment from CF. If he claimed to be a straight white man and then said that stuff it would’ve been over quick, and of course rightly so. The same should apply to anyone engaging in hate speech with zero exceptions for race, gender, or sexual preference.
That member posted about killing themself as a different member before covid and is/has been going through pain. Like judoka said, people who drunk post here say some attention grabbing things, sometimes as a joke and other times as a cry for help. Some even post homophobic or racist crap for the lulz and don't get perma banned. They're not as far depressed as juice, and they also get Draymond treatment. Not that i have a problem with any of them. Things were getting personal and randos were egging on beefs like some Junior College sociology experiment. Not cool. We should all root for the Rockets or let that connect us here. So I don't know how much people here can do much outside of DMs or donations. I don't think the poster staying here would've helped as support even if everyone went above and beyond. It's not really why the board exists or can function, but even now, I'd still help that person with whatever as long it's not some form of enablement.
