Well up until today I thought getting arrested was getting handcuffed (real ones) and then put in the back of a squad car while you wait for the officer to drive you to jail where you get booked and processed for whatever you got arrested for. You then get to spend some time in a cell while you wait for your bond.... Is that not it?
I imagine the officer asked her to put her hands behind her back and she did what she was asked. But I understand that certain members in this group don’t respect rules or the police.
