He’d likely be able to read his daily brief and I imagine he’d work more than 3 hours a day.

I keep hearing that the gop and even......gasp, fox news are moving away from Trump but I am not buying it, if trump wants to run and he seems to be hinting at it then he will win the primary, his base will make it happen and everyone else will have to bow and kiss the ring. The only thing that will keep trump from running is if the 1.6 committee finds enough evidence to have the DOJ bring charges or the Fulton county grand jury. If they do try him and lose he will become a martyr to his base and he will never give up power......if my some chance they do convict him we will have violence beyond our comprehension

He know that he can't lose with these laws even if they get overturned. But what's dangerous is if any of these go to the SCOTUS where it's likely that they will give it serious consideration considering how biased the court has become toward conservative viewpoints politically.

which sucks seeing as how a court that is biased toward liberal viewpoints politically should be considered an American birthright ;)

How about a court that wasn't biased towards any point of view? That's what you would have had with Merrick Garland as the swing vote. At least you're not denying the court isn't biased to the right.

I'm sure that conservatives are very happy about that. It's always nice to stick it to the libs ;)

Garland had no chance of getting confirmed. It was gutless of turtle not to start hearings, so that more candidates could be brought forth.

But the electorate didn't make him or the Senate pay, so these what-ifs become par for the course.

Not enough discipline for Dems on these issues... So now we gotta do it the hard way.

if only Hillary hadn't called rural voters deplorables . . . she probably would have won and now the Court would be 6-3 the other way

She likely would've won it if Anthony Weiner wasn't a sleezebag and used the laptop he shared with his ex wife to upload pictures and sext messages to barely legal teens.

Clinton cooked by a sex scandal... Who would've thought.

The liberals haven't 'dominated' the supreme court since the 70s.

I understand your point, but the "conservatives" since the 70s were more moderate than anything else. Jurisprudentially it was still a pretty liberal court. I should have said the Court hasn't been this conservative in 90 years.

The Supreme Court hasn’t been this conservative since the 1930s

I think you missed my point. ;)

In any case, I'd be happy with a 0-9-0 court.

Well just saying that a lot of people didn't think it was fair that Pence and others wouldn't fix the election for Trump
