    Haha. Not quite. Travis Heights is urban while circle c is quiet suburbs in southwest austin. West of mopac even. But maybe you were being sarcastic.

    it definitely is. About as urban as Austin gets. Especially compared to a place like circle c.

    Its a nice neighborhood but its urban nonetheless.

    you can have nice things in the city too.

    1. Law enforcement in Austin is going downhill and in need of reform or "sensitivity training" (pref the former)

    Safety for joggers is a priority for Austin , were there any other witnesses ? It’s been like 100 degrees in Austin , must be hardcore if you want jog the trail
