There's a good reason for that .... We don't have wards full of poor here anymore. Many of the historically poor neighborhoods were inner city and the majority of those have seen gentrification on a large scale , forcing those people out of those former poor neighborhoods and out into the suburbs. Those people have just blended in and been better off for it as they aren't stuck going to the schools that were poorer - Those schools they left behind have also benefitted from this as they are now in high rent area's and get more $$. Can't say the same for those major metro area's like Chicago , Cleveland , Baltimore and others.
This basically says we have lots of diversity Economically and racially I noticed that the black lives matter protest in Houston Actually had black people cant say that about Seattle or Portland @Os Trigonum
