    Yeah the old Horatio Alger myth. Fact: it is quite a bit easier to go from being from the lower say 20% to well off in Scandinavia, but lets build a society and keep the little guys focused on a 100 to one shot and trickle down. Lol I bet you still believe in in trickle down as a way to run a society.

    People born in the lowest income quintile have a 61% chance to grow up and work in a different (and thus higher) income quintile. People born into the lowest wealth quintile have a 73% chance to move into a higher wealth quintile. So it is actually a 73% chance of moving up, not a 1% chance.
