lol good stuff here in this quote

The first thing you need to know about Tari Eason is that he doesn’t want the ball. He needs it. If you have it, and you’re not a Houston Rocket, he is going to try to take it from you.

    He’s a beast
I don’t see the kwahi comparison, he’s more like a modern Rodman
Like someone else said it, he has IT
I have no clue on earth how we got him at 17… incredible
My favorite player on the team

Also tyty is clearly a natural PG and should be the 1, I’m not sure why that’s even a question aside from the coaching staff being afraid of KPJ

I was just thinking this before coming across your post. His game reminds me a lot of Dennis Rodman. A PITA for the opposing team. I am expecting a slow start in the regular season, but man, once he gets comfortable and can settle into a Dennis Rodman like role. We will have a contender in a few years. We might not need to be players for a big FA star. We may need cap space to pay our keepers.

I like the enthusiasm but Rodman had no offensive game. Eason hits threes, attacks in transition is learning to pass and make plays for others etc.

He's been the best and most consistent player on the Summer League team game to game honestly. I think we should invest just as many resources in developing him as Smith and Green.

Why is he wearing a Sacramento Kings hat though? He is from NY, and has officially been a Houston resident for 2 years, and signed a multi year deal with the Rockets a few months ago for his alcohol brands. He is essentially a paid spokesperson for the Rockets now. Wonder if this meeting was random in Vegas, or if it was set up by the team due to their relationship if the latter he shouldn't be rocking a Kings hat representing the Rockets lol. Either way I guess we have 50 now since Travis has come out as a sell out Harden only fan.

Here he is moonlighting as Mark Berman. What are your emotions towards your hair, almost.

i mean i'd say closer to Artest than Rodman, but yeah, the Kawhi comps are premature. It comes down to that shot form and if he can alter it like Kawhi did. That opens up the mid range game and fadeaways that Kawhi studied from older MJ with the Spurs. He's got the height, wingspan, body type and big hands to get the young Kawhi comps though.

Hmmm... not a bad upside comp. I think Eason has a better SF frame than artest though, which is insane
