Maybe your conclusion is right, maybe it's wrong... but ... you figured this out after a summer league game?

That's not my conclusion. Just my opinion on his potential and my projection of him. I wasn't high on him before this game.

Nix looked ok tonight. I don’t think he’s fat, just thick. That padding might come in handy.

If Tate really has improved his 3 point shot then yeah that would work in some situations

I thought he was embracing the “jrue holiday” role Stone pegged him with. Instead he’s gone full ball hog mode

At Auburn, the PNR was always to Walker Kessler...a lot of times it was unstoppable. With 7'1" Kessler inside, Jabari almost never was the recipient of PNR but rather started PNR as did the guards of course. I think going inside is a way to REALLY further develop his game which I think happens and he will be scary good.

I know Jabari's shot wasn't falling, but he impressed the hell out of me tonight. I love how he brings it on both ends of the floor. He embraced the challenge of defending Chet and thrived in that role.

He's going to give you something EVERY night, even in night's like tonight when his shot isn't falling. That's not something we've had from a star player in a long, long time.

Imagine thinking less of Jabari Shuttlesworth because his shot wasn't falling in a SL game where he did everything else lol. Could never be me. Bari was everywhere. Oh so stoked to watch Jalen & Jabari blossom into future stars :D

People too focused on the shot and want something to post on ESPN. the flashes from Jabari have come from the defensive side. and he's a child. I'm just glad Jabari got shots, I don't care if he hit them.

    The anti-Wood

But in all seriousness, he plays like a guy who can be the leader of the team. Even though Green will he the best player, Jabari looks like he can be the leader. Add some dogs like Eason and we will go to war. We're still lacking another high end talent before I feel like we have the championship level core we need (core is 2-4 players; depending on the best player's dominance) but Jabari has a lot to offer to our future

Jabari plays hard like he is trying to make the team

No...as said here it's nerves I think. He has a beautiful shot...smooth as silk...haven't seen that yet. He's pressing.
