Nix is a complete scrub. He's at his best dominating lower competition in the G-League or a loser team where he is the focal point.

He won't be able to accomplish anything on this Rockets teams when what we need is a guy who will pass first and play defense at the point guard position. Funny enough, we could really use Ben Simmons playing point for us right now.

Why can’t we just be excited about a prospect? Why do we have to take it too far?

Nix being a scrub has nothing at all to do with Ivey.

Just because you're wrong (like always) doesn't mean you can't admit it. Ivey is good. It's OK. You can admit it.

In what way was I wrong? I said I didn't want Ivey because we already have 2 better versions of him on the team..... and we do.

We don't though. We have Green and he might not even be better than Ivey. He's got a chance. KPJ certainly isn't. I'm not protesting the Smith pick at all. Same choice I would have made but you were a pretty harsh critic of his. There's not a gm in the league that would take KPJ over Ivey. He'll, there wasn't one who wanted him for free outside of us

There’s also not a single GM who would take Ivey over Green, so get out of here with that “Green might not be better” nonsense.

I'm probably one of Green's biggest supporters on this board. Check the post history.

A rookie has yet to play an NBA regular game is better than Green? Quit smoking

Then stop with the “might be better” stuff. They are literally the same age. Who do you think will average more points this season?

That's an obscenely stupid hot take.

I know talent evaluation isn't your thing... but it's there a chance KPJ wouldn't have a 40 point triple double in a summer league game? Yet somehow you are sold on Ivey scoring 20 on 14 shots and picking up 6 assists to 5 turnovers in a summer league game....

Yet you know Ivey will be better than KPJ, one of the very few players in NBA history with a 50+ point, 10+ assist game?

U using it the other way bro.

Green who played a year of nba basketball might not even b better than a rookie who has yet to play a game. What a sht take, probably should revise that

You're in love with KPJ (probably a solid 6th man at best if you want to win). You hated Green until you couldn't. You hate Ivey and he'll make you look stupid...again. see a pattern?

You throw around emotional terms like "love" and "hate" foolishly. I see KPJ's potential... that's not "love" and I was critical of Green when he was playing like the worst player in the league.... that's not "hate".

Pointing out the absolute fact that the Rockets already have 2 better versions of Ivey isn't "hate" either.

I think the real question here is, why are you so emotional about this?

KPJ is going to surprise some people this year.

And yet you continue to use laughably inappropriate emotional terms like "love"and "hate"
