I am not sure if she was asking for it for free or not but they said they would not serve her without a mask. Her reaction was terrible and she should likely face some kind of charges for it. Yea mask policies are absolutely useless and stupid but acting like that is not the way to handle it. She should do what I did when mask were "required". It only happened to me once at a CVS where they told me to mask or leave so I left and went to the Walgreens down the road with no issues and have not been back to a CVS since then.
