    They're scared, stupid, probably high or at least tired and not thinking straight due to lack of nutrition or sleep.

    I can tell you from working in prisons for 3 years, most crooks are idiots.

    I mean the guy made it. If he knew how to roll he might have escaped. Guess he should have taken that class on parkour.

    By the way, this guy must have had some serious reasons for fleeing the police and jumping to escape.

    Floyd, who suffered a leg injury after the dramatic plunge, was arrested by the officers, cops said.

    He was charged with assault on a police officer, reckless endangerment, official misconduct, false personation, two counts of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and a seatbelt violation, according to police.

    Probably because he knows the seatbelt ticket would’ve turned into a warrant which would’ve turned into a life sentence
