Seem like nice people. Hope the best…as much tax is paid, I sincerely wish they could build mass tiny housing for these people. It’s crazy

    Cali people are smart
That’s why they moved to beachfront property on
    Miami Beach.
They got white sand not white bums

Even those who moved to Miami work the pacific time zone like chumps. Why, cause their boss or their boss' boss is in Cali.

Still taking calls at 7:30PM local time, how sad.

I've lived in Fl and Cali and there both great, I was in North Lauderdale and Apopka as a kid and I lived in Upland about 15 years ago, I could not afford to buy anything but rent wasn't that bad, the weather was so great but as I said when my boss asked me to move there permanently we looked around and I was like I love it but I would need a big raise. I travel to Napa quite a bit and up to a year ago I was looking to move there but there is no way in hell I could afford that......now, I was never in some of these areas that are really bad and I am sure they are horrific and they have an issue o their hands for sure. I was in West Palm Beach a few weeks ago and I loved that place, blue water and a nice vibe to the downtown area

People leaving Cali aren't property owners, they are people seeking to be property owners priced out of the market. You know this.

What bothers me most about this whole liberal vs conservative dynamic, is how much it's just about attacking the other side. I know liberals on this board share blame for that too. I know because I started off here posting conservative viewpoints just as a kick and immediately was attacked personally for them. And I felt how much it made me want to double down and inflame them. I get that.

But this is ridiculous man. You can take the worst of any place and explode it into making it seem horrible. You can do that to Cali, you can do that to Houston, you can do that to Miami, you can do that to New York, Tampa, Chicago, or wherever.

I'm pretty liberal, and despite disagreeing with you, I like you. I think you're a good human being who cares about people. But when you post this ****, these obvious lies, I know you're just doing it to inflame people, and I am like, c'mon, you're better than that. I know it.

Of course they are great , I love Napa , it’s got some good wine and food. West palm and Miami Beach are awesome, but flying into Oakland and drive around for a bit and then you realize why rap music is their best export

You are going to sell your home and move because of what happens to your rental property that you don't normally live in?

People move from CA to TX because they can get more for their dollar. It's that simple. Lower taxes and lower home prices. It's not a political thing.

Or that Tmac won something with the rockets
Just book a flight to Austin and hang out at the W and talk to them

but again , you go off topic cause Newsom is going after Floridians

Politics influence a lot of things in different states and city's, you know this... These eviction laws and situations are absurd and unfair, politically influenced. Even if a rental home is paid off, the owner still has to pay Taxes and HOA fees on them. Losing an investment like this can break many financially.
