They are currently championship contenders. They did better in their last Final's appearance against LeBron's Lakers than LeBron's Heat did against the Spurs in 2014. Of course they were better in those 4 years, but they have definitely recovered and they definitely do not regret not giving LeBron the control the Cavaliers and Lakers gave him.
Way to not screw up the idiom . Very proud of the thread Howevahhhh, The nurses and male nurses left the strait jackets untied, padded cells unlocked.
Employees making financial decisions for businesses that they aren't qualified to make. I guess that is better than inmates running the asylum.
I disagree that they are real championship contenders and even then Lebron has won 2 chips since he left, and I would think the Cavaliers and Lakers are very happy with those championships.
I am part of management and have never referred to my employees as labor. Why would you not use the phrase employees instead of labor? I doubt any manager has ever written an email saying dear laborers.
Maybe the Heat dont regret not giving Lebron the control but bottomline is Cavs and Lakers have a ring thanks to Lebron and the Heat dont have a ring since they chased Lebron away. I also dont see the Heat winning a ring in the forseeable future unless Giannis or KD go there so I'd say they would have been better off giving Lebron the control.
Talking about LeBron in this topic is like talking about the smoker who smoked a pack a day and lived to 100 or the pothead who owns and runs a successful business.
If you çan make enough money to buy a team,, then you get to call the shots. If owners were willing to take the hit (they're not) they could put a lot of this crap to bed.
So its the principle of the thing you concerned about so why'd you bring Lebron in as an example then? I understand Lebron is the exception but then why'd you start talking about Miami and Cavs as examples where they got run into the dirt??? Talk about Jordan his Wizards and Bobcats run is nothing short of hilarious.
I said the Cavaliers and Lakers wish they handled LeBron like the Heat did. Never said anything abiut any team being run into the dirt.
