Bring up Abdelfattah. Groom him to be the next head coach. By next season Silas is moved to the front office or out the door and somebody else's bench headache.

It's not moving the goal posts at all. I mean why else am I asking for a second scorer behind Green? Isn't it obvious why?

I thought I'd ask it differently because what I felt was obvious obviously wasn't

And honestly, it really exposes anybody who actually feels like KPJ could be the 2nd go to guy on a championship team

Better yet , do a poll asking that very question and see the responses

Lets give Jabari a couple years before declaring him an above average role player maybe?

The number 1 spot up 3 pt shooter in the league. That is not in just 7 games. You’re KPJ hate is emotional not based in basketball reality. KPJ had other great games during the year, and, yes some bad ones. Wood is gone, because it became obvious to just about everyone that Green and KPJ were being held back by him.

KPJ has shown signs he can be an elite 3 and D PG, next to someone like Jalen who seems like the sky could be limit if he learns to get his team mates open shots why isn’t that the perfect player to play with him?

When he went off for 50 did you think he could?

His 22 years old Jesus Christ. His 2 years older than Jalen.

Rockets give up an average 8.7 points more per 100 when he doesn’t play compared to when he does.

I said he has shown signs of becoming an elite 3 and D PG. His catch and shoot 3s are 48%. What else am I making up?

Not even a full 2 years.

This team likely has 2 teenagers in the starting lineup

Why can’t I watch the games & also use stats?

Whole rockets defensive unit is terrible, the fact he showed improvement shouldn’t be unnoticed.

Once again I said his SHOWING SIGNS.

His 22 years old why can’t he continue to improve? Why can a 19/20 year old improve so much but a 22 year old can’t?

he has improved, especially his 3 pointer, in the second half of the season. Defense is of those things that either you got it or you don't. rondo was young and great at D. i'm not saying he's a bad defender, but you said "elite", meaning the best of the best. he's average at D. He's a scorer, that's what he is. no shame in that.

If you knew what you were seeing when you watched the game, you would realize KPJ showed signs of being a good defender and wouldn't need the stats to confirm it..... in your case, you should probably check the stats more often to confirm if you are really seeing what you think you are seeing.

The stats don't lie, the eyes can.

I disagree I would say his a slightly above average defender. If he continued at the same stats I provided you, you don’t think he could one day become elite at it?

Didn’t Rondo come into the league as a 21/22 year old having 3 years in college?

Not saying KPJ will ever be on rondos level, who knows if he will ever be elite at it but his above average at his position, compare that to his first season with Houston and it’s a massive improvement and long may it continue.
