Roe was decided in 1973. Lee Atwater was not in the Whitehouse until 1977. and if SCW were fighting to save the lives of 20M black babies then I'm not sure how one paints pro-lifers as racists (which is what I think you're attempting to do.)

This seems like a huge decision, but I doubt it changes much how most Women deal with abortions 5 years from now.

While it seems like a major turning point in women's productive rights, I'm guessing this decision will result in driving wave of democrats to the polls (they were serious in jeopardy of being over run by the goP) to vote for representatives to protect their causes.

Abortion is such a tricky subject. No one really knows when life is "LIFE" separate and whole. Even zealots on both sides surely can agree it isnt at the moment of conception or the moment of birth.

States changing the laws to a 3 month time limit with some exceptions seems like a reasonable solution to me, just like guns should be more regulated, such as universal and expanded background checks, age limits to 21 and registration/training seems like reasonable solutions.

It's crazy that some posters on here have demonized having moderate views and are so out of touch with the rest of the country.

 

So in your mind, the Democratic party needs to do something because regular people can't see that voting can stop stuff like overturning Roe vs Wade?

If they don't go on CNN and MSNBC how else will they get this message out that the people need to hear?
