I agree about Orlando being a young player wasteland. I’m genuinely surprised that Banchero hasn’t been their pick for a while. To me, he’s the one with the most star power and “face of the franchise” feel. They haven’t picked any of those guys in all the lottery picks they’ve had and I think he’s what they need. I wanted Chet or Paolo, but will come to terms with a 6’10 sharpshooter who can defender multiple positions.
With Sochan and Daniels gone, I like Griffin as a trade target here. A second elite shooter and a guy with some real defensive potential who could play the other forward position next to Smith.
Instead of playing the usual 'pick is in' tone I feel like they need to have BING BONG when the Knicks pick
Rockets FINALLY drafted ‘Rashard Lewis.’ Interesting enough, the Magic did the same thing to Smith Jr. that the Rockets did to Rashard; making him think they were gonna draft him, and didn’t.
Griffin free falling. We are so close to nabbing a good center. OKC, Cleveland, Atl don't need one. Charlotte will have their pick.
I’m not sure how I feel about 17 now. I still like Eason, but that was more dependent on us getting Banchero.
Dieng is the bustiest player of the draft so far, Kevin Knox 2.0. lolKnicks EDIT: Good trade actually by the Knicks to pass him off to OKC
