    What is Lionel Hollins preferred system?

    Was a Grizz HC a long time ago but don't know much about him, outside of playing career.

    I was discussing this with somebody via text a few hours ago, and I was saying Hollins is liable to choke one of the kids out. He would be co-captain of the USS A-hole with Lucas. He used to not really be into advanced stats and the new ways of basketball, but when he was out of work and on SiriusXM, he kept claiming he had turned over a new leaf or had to change with the times and improve on his knowledge in that regard. So maybe he's changed. This was a few years ago, and I think there were rumors of Holling stepping on Hollins' toes during his stint as coach in Memphis that Hollins didn't like and had beefs with people in the organization about. This may have led to him being let go as coach there. If it was the old Lionel Hollins, he's liable to bust some ass out there, though.

    Warmly welcome the former Rockets legend, if true. Looks like the L-train's been working out for it... :D

    I wanted a clean break from all of last year’s coaches but he was the one guy I really wanted to stay on. Wish him nothing but success. He’s a talented young coach.

    That’s too bad. He is an excellent coach and I would have been comfortable with him or Charles Lee being named head coach had the Rockets not gotten Udoka.

    Abdelfattah and Weaver will both be head coaches in the NBA soon and likely will be very successful.

    As per Kris Gardner, Lucas is not one of the official assistant coaches, but Kris says HOU ORG is keeping him around in other capacity.

    Good luck to him.

    If he becomes successful in Sydney, he might get a job in Europe. That is the best can happen to him if he prepares himself to be HC in NBA. He might learn both sides of basketball abroad.
