It's gotta be something like a sizable extension though no where near max dollars, with a good chunk of it tied to achievable incentives like playing at least 60 games (where missed games can be due to injuries) and making the All-Star team. Brooklyn would be stupid to give him a fully guaranteed extension.

They pretty much have to resign because they traded away their picks for Harden.

    No Kyrie, no KD.

    50:50 Kyrie, maybe KD.

No brainer for the no brains.

That was a quote from 3 years ago, and it's still true. Kyrie is still all those negative things, and Russell can still technically improve his game...since he's now on a solid Minny team.

Not sure what the point is of bringing up an opinion from the past, especially since you have hindsight, but you should probably do something more productive with your time.

I was reading impressions from the beginning or when he first got there. I didn't mean that sarcastically. Kyrie Irving was everything in your post and maybe worse culminating to utter failure. So to be clear... I thought your comment was completely on point.

Thanks Kyrie. We should retire his jersey if he actually leaves and the Nets goes back to rebuilding

If Irving leaves, Nets about to have use looking like Boston in a couple years. Without all the CF losses though.

Kyrie needs to go the Lakers and ruin their franchise as well.

Well, the current group has done a pretty good job ruining the Lakers already.

First Take was taking about a MEGA deal involving Westbrook, Davis, Kyrie, and Simmons. Never would Durant want to play with Westbrook again. But what if you involve Charlotte who does want him?

Lebron and Kyrie have won championships together.

Just because the dude is weird and doesn't agree with you on the vax, doesn't mean he can't play.

For most of the 2022 season it literally meant he couldn't play.

That essentially lead to the team losing a lot and one of their big 3 leaving. Being unvaxxed isn't the only time he's been away from the team. The thing with Kyrie is that he's unpredictable.

Availability is ultimately more important than ability.
