It's gotta be something like a sizable extension though no where near max dollars, with a good chunk of it tied to achievable incentives like playing at least 60 games (where missed games can be due to injuries) and making the All-Star team. Brooklyn would be stupid to give him a fully guaranteed extension.

For most of the 2022 season it literally meant he couldn't play. That essentially lead to the team losing a lot and one of their big 3 leaving. Being unvaxxed isn't the only time he's been away from the team. The thing with Kyrie is that he's unpredictable. Availability is ultimately more important than ability.
