Now that Wood has been moved, we can shift our attention to EGo and what we could potentially get for him in a deal.

The best, most realistic trade I can come up with is…

EGo, #17 and #26 for Kemba, Burks and #11

Interested to hear yalls thoughts and ideas.

Replace Kemba and Burks with Fournier and his contract and that looks fair for both sides

Don’t think Houston would be willing to take on Fourniers 2023-24 cap hit. If he can be moved to a 3rd team at no additional cost, I’d be fine with that.

Example: Fournier to Cleveland for Levert

You gotta give a little to get a little. We're not doing them any favors by taking the 11th pick as well as Walker's expiring contract so that they can have both Fournier and Gordon on the roster.

Another scenario I'm interested in seeing is Gordon, Boban, 17th and 26th pick in a S&T for Ayton. That should get Ayton's starting salary at about $25 million a year. Pipe dream, I know, but it would fill a hole in the roster in the center department.

They trade back for a superior player in Gordon and 2 1st. They aren’t “giving” us anything.

I am not a fan of Ayton at all, and especially not on the Rockets.

I’m gonna start from the position that whoever we trade up with in the late lotto will not be interested in getting back both #17 and #26. It’s gonna have to be one of those picks and player(s). Maybe future picks.

Entirely possible. Also, we shouldn’t forget other young players like Tate and KJ Martin that could be incorporated into a deal. Lots of combinations to move up if we choose to go that direction.

I think if we don't get to 7 (or 4 because I'd never underestimate Sac's stupidity) I'll be disappointed. Tate and Martin are actually ok assets

I could see three teams going for Gordon from this year's picks: Minnesota, New York, and Philadelphia.

I don’t think we have the assets to get to #7, let alone #4. Portland is going to want a win-now centerpiece type player for that pick.

Still think #11 is probably about as high as you can get without compromising your future.

I would like to keep Gordon but if we had to trade him I would want the Knick’s pick Kemba, Taj Gibson and Reddish. Or we could trade Gordon to Philly for Thybulle and Danny Green

I’d be surprised if the Philly pick isn’t already on the table. How much better could they do for #23?

New York is really the team I think we should be targeting, though I could also see Charlotte.

If you’re Charlotte at #13, and Houston isn’t taking “your guy”, then all you have to worry about is Cleveland at #14 before you can get whoever you wanted at #15.

Does #17 plus something else (KJM or Tate or #26) get you #13? I think it could.

Eric Gordon is not getting us a lottery pick even if 17/KJM/Tate is attached

you only get #7 IMO I’d Pistons do Grant deal and really want the #3. Personally, that is my 6/23 ‘dream’ deal.

Nobody was impressed we got #26 for Wood, the vast majority of people think we got heisted, and then some think it was fair value

I also think we'd have to take back Fournier to get the Knicks pick. EG certainly fills a role the Knicks need, but Kemba is an expiring and EG's 2023 year isn't guaranteed.

I'd take back Fournier's contract for #11. We won't be contending in 2023 in all likelihood so we can afford to have a bad, expiring contract that year.
